We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Executive

to join our team at

Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room

in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will support HR operations locally, including recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR administration, ensuring smooth HR practices aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant staff (front of house, back of house, and support roles). Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Coordinate payroll inputs with the Corporate HR/Accounts team. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, etc.) in coordination with the Corporate HR. Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs. Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs. Prepare HR reports and share regular updates with the Corporate HR team.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant/hotel industry. Good knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and recruitment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRMS is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
