We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource professional with a strong background in Talent Acquisition (TA) andAdministration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in both areas, and will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and employee administration
Responsibilities:
?Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
?Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
?Manage employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
?Handle employee queries related to HR policies
?Administer employee performance management processes and track progress.
?Maintain HR documents, including contracts, personal records, and performance reviews.
?Assist in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
?Support HR initiatives and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
?Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Employee Administration.
?Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
?Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
?Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
