We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive

HR Executive (Female)

to manage and oversee various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and should be capable of fostering a healthy and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop job descriptions. Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and other HR documentation. Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding process for new hires. Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals. Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company celebrations. Address employee concerns and act as a liaison between management and staff. Conduct exit interviews and complete full and final settlements. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) and manage HR-related audits. Support payroll processing and coordinate with the finance department for timely disbursement. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field. MBA in HR is a plus. 1-3 years of relevant experience as an HR Executive, preferably in an IT or tech company. Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
