We are looking for a HR Executive for one of the client based out at Delhi.
Experience- 2-4 Years
Qualification- MBA HR
Roles-
*Recruitment and Onboarding:*
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating
interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary documentation.
2. *Employee Relations:*
- Provide support in handling employee queries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues and maintaining a positive working environment.
3. *Performance Management:*
- Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating evaluations and tracking performance data.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance reviews.
4. *Training and Development:*
- Coordinate and assist in the implementation of training programs and workshops.
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
5. *Compliance and Record-Keeping:*
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and comply with legal standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
6. *HR Policy Implementation:*
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate HR policies to employees and ensure they understand and comply with them.
7. *Compensation and Benefits:*
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Address employee questions and concerns regarding compensation and benefits.
8. *HR Projects and Initiatives:*
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
- Assist in implementing HR systems and technology.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
