Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for showroom, service, and workshop roles
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads
Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases
Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance
Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations
Assist in performance reviews and employee engagement activities
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and dealership norms
Key Requirements
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in automobile dealership or retail industry
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices
Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, HR software)
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple locations and workforce requirements
Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for automobile showroom, sales, service, and workshop roles
Familiarity with HRMS / payroll systems
Immediate or short notice period preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
