Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily HR operations and documentation
Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews
Coordinate new employee onboarding
Maintain employee records and update HR systems
Assist with payroll preparation and attendance management
Support training and development activities
Help handle employee queries, policies, and HR procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
Requirements:
MBA in HR
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles
Basic understanding of HR functions and labour laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
