Strategic & Operational Responsibilities
Develop job descriptions and oversee hiring processes
Implement effective onboarding programs to boost retention and productivity
Create and enforce HR policies aligned with labor laws and company goals
Design evaluation systems and guide managers in assessing employee performance
Organize workshops, mentorships, and career development initiatives
Administer salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits packages
Resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and foster a positive work environment
Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and ethical standards
Required Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Calm and professional demeanor under pressure
Familiarity with hotel management systems
Organizational and multitasking capabilities

Community Management and Social Media Management
Respond promptly and professionally to guest interactions, and google reviews
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions
Set up and monitor paid promotions on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
