Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Source, screen, and interview candidates for showroom positions (sales, service, admin, etc.). Coordinate job postings, walk-in interviews, and liaise with placement agencies. Conduct background checks and handle the end-to-end onboarding process.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations



Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building programs. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination



Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping using biometric or manual systems. Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for timely and accurate salary processing. Maintain employee records and databases.

4. Compliance & Administration



Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage HR documentation: contracts, appraisals, warnings, exit formalities, etc. Assist in audits and statutory requirements like ESI, PF, and Gratuity.

5. Training & Development



Identify training needs in coordination with department heads. Organize internal/external training sessions for staff development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹26,329.83 per month
