Job Description

Recruitment & Selection

: Manage end-to-end hiring--job posting, screening, interviews, offers, and background checks .

Onboarding & Offboarding

: Coordinate onboarding programs and facilitate exit processes like exit interviews .

HR Policies & Compliance

: Develop HR policies, maintain employee handbook, and ensure compliance with labor laws

Employee Relations

: Serve as point of contact for employee issues, mediate conflicts, handle grievances

Performance Management

: Coordinate appraisals, help implement performance improvement plans, and support 360 reviews

Training & Development

: Identify training needs, organize initiatives, and collaborate with L&D

Compensation & Benefits Support

: Assist in administering payroll, benefits, compensation packages

HR Administration & Reporting

: Maintain records, prepare HR reports (turnover, engagement, recruitment metrics)

HR Tech Management

: Use and recommend HR software (ATS, HRIS), review efficiencies CONTACT-8594082929
