We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and compliance, and be capable of supporting organizational HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance data.
Assist in payroll coordination and ensure timely processing.
Manage employee relations, queries, and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate training and development programs as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidate with prior experience in a similar HR role.
Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Immediate or short notice period preferred.
