This role is central to building a strong organizational culture and ensuring employee satisfaction and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Maintain an updated database of applicants and job descriptions.
2. Payroll Management
Collect and verify attendance, leaves, and overtime data.
Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.
Handle employee reimbursements and full & final settlements.
3. Employee Development
Identify training and development needs through performance reviews and feedback.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and L&D initiatives.
Track the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
Support career growth and skill development programs.
4. Employee Productivity & Engagement
Monitor and support employee productivity through feedback and goal alignment.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Work closely with department heads to enhance performance management.

Internal Team Relationships
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Act as a bridge between management and employees to address concerns.
Promote open communication and strong interdepartmental relationships.
