The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of HR practices, a people-centric approach, and the ability to manage both site and office staff efficiently. She will be instrumental in strengthening employee relations, supporting recruitment, ensuring compliance, and driving a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
? Recruitment & Staffing
Lead end-to-end hiring for office staff, sales team, and site workers.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
Handle interviews, selection processes, and onboarding formalities.
? HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR database.
Draft and manage offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, and exit letters.
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
? Statutory Compliance & Legal
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.).
Maintain statutory records and coordinate audits or inspections.
Liaise with consultants and government bodies for compliance issues.
? Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee grievances and act as a mediator when needed.
Organize engagement activities, welfare programs, and team events.
Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating workplace environment.
? Performance Management & Development
Coordinate the annual performance appraisal cycle.
Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.
Support leadership in succession planning and career growth mapping.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Female candidates only, with 4-8 years of HR experience (Real Estate preferred)
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / MBA in HRM
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
Fluent in English and [regional language if applicable]
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage diverse teams across office and site locations
