Assist in recruitment and selection process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, performance data).
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.
Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR databases.
Organize training & development programs as per management guidance.
Support disciplinary and termination processes when required.
Act as a bridge between employees and management for smooth communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in HR (fresher with internship experience may also be considered).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/Payroll tools).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
