We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to support both employees and management in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Address employee queries and grievances.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience (freshers with internships may apply).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR systems and MS Office.
