Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Sourcing Executive to support our recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent for BPO and Sales roles. The role involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels to build a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a continuous supply of relevant profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates for voice, non-voice, and sales roles using: Job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.) Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, etc.) Employee referrals and internal databases Use Boolean search techniques and filters to refine search results. Maintain daily sourcing reports and candidate trackers. Coordinate with the screening or recruitment team for smooth handover of sourced profiles. Ensure a high volume of relevant candidate profiles per day. Understand job requirements and client specifications to source targeted profiles. Proactively build a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
Required Skills:

Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques. Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools. Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good communication and coordination abilities. Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. Experience in recruitment or sourcing is preferred Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge. Bachelor's degree in any field. Person should be staying within 10 -12 km' s to our office location or should be relocated in hostels nearby to office location.
