Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Handle employee coordination and people management activities Support HR operations, documentation, and compliance Act as a bridge between employees and management Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good people management and coordination abilities Bachelor's degree in

BBA/BMS

or

MBA in HR

(preferred) Prior experience in a related HR role will be an added advantage Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
