Maintain and update employee records in HR software and physical files.
Prepare HR letters (e.g., offer letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, etc.).
Ensure all employee documentation is complete and up to date.
Track employee attendance, leaves, and working hours.
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.
Assist in handling salary slips, reimbursements, and employee benefits.
Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
Support audits and help in preparing necessary HR reports and compliance documentation.
