Address and resolve employee queries and grievances promptly.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Assist in audits and inspections as required.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by processing new hire documentation.
Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees.
Ensure proper training and integration of new hires into the workforce.
Attendance and Timekeeping:
Monitor employee attendance and manage leave records.
Address attendance issues and enforce attendance policies.
Generate shift-wise attendance reports and analyze trends.
Preparation of data.
Health and Safety:
Promote and enforce health and safety policies.
Address safety concerns and ensure a safe working environment.
Administration:
Manage shift rosters and coordinate shift changes.
Handle HR-related administrative tasks and maintain HR databases.
Prepare and submit HR reports as required time to time.
