HR Operations (Existing Employees)
Maintain
employee records
, files, and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and shift coordination
Handle employee confirmations, extensions, and exit formalities
Coordinate
full & final settlements
Support payroll inputs and compliance data
Employee Relations & Support
Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries
Assist in grievance handling and employee engagement activities
Support discipline, policy implementation, and internal communication
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and SOPs
Assist with statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Prepare HR MIS reports and trackers as required
Requirements
Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field
Minimum
1-3 years of HR experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Preferred Skills
Hospitality / Wellness / Service industry exposure
Immediate joiners preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
