We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing setup. The role involves handling employee documentation, preparing offer letters, supporting the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to exit), payroll coordination, employee relations, and other general HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Handle employee lifecycle activities such as confirmations, transfers, and exits.
Support in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and salary inputs.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in employee offboarding, including exit interviews and full & final settlement.
Support employee relations (ER) activities and address employee concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Assist in audits and statutory documentation as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and payroll processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
Salary Range:
Upto 30K
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
