Payroll & Compliance:
Manage attendance, leave records, and salary processing
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements

Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee grievances and workplace issues
Organize training, development, and engagement activities
Conduct exit interviews and maintain attrition records

HR Administration & Documentation:
Maintain HR databases, policies, and procedures
Generate reports and assist in audits
Support in performance appraisals and HR projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR software & MS Office (Excel, Word)
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Pay: ?13,092.34 - ?20,000.00 per month
