Shriram Ventures is looking for a dedicated and experienced
HR Executive
to manage and oversee various human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliances, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations within an industrial or manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end
recruitment process
-- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage
payroll processing
and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.
Maintain and ensure compliance with all
statutory requirements
such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.
Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Assist management in performance evaluations and HR policy implementation.
Liaise with external agencies and government departments related to HR compliances.
Qualifications:
MBA in HR
or
Graduate
with relevant HR experience.
Minimum
4-5 years of experience
in HR functions, preferably in an
industrial or manufacturing company
.
Skills Required:

Excellent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
