Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle monthly statutory filings and audits
Support internal HR operations like onboarding, exits, and attendance
Liaise with external agencies and government bodies for compliance updates
