We are seeking an HR executive to manage various procedures of our company. It includes recruiting, learning and developing , ESIC and employee performance programs. The selected candidates will be given the responsibility of creating referral programs. Besides they are also required to oversee the hiring procedures and update HR policies.
An HR Executive is responsible for managing a company's human resources. The ideal candidate will hire, train, and manage employees. The main role of HR is to develop strategic plan to recruit to fulfill company goals and objectives.
