Job Description



Position Overview We (at Niral Networks) are seeking an HR Executive to join our team and contribute to our dynamic and growing organization in the Indian IT industry. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting the overall human resources strategy. This position is open to candidates with 1-2 years of experience, as well as freshers who demonstrate a strong passion for HR and a willingness to learn and grow in this field. Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection
    • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Onboarding and Orientation
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating orientation sessions.
    • Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Address any queries or concerns related to onboarding and provide necessary support.
  • Employee Relations
    • Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Support the resolution of employee conflicts or issues, escalating complex matters to senior HR team members when necessary.
    • Promote a positive work culture by fostering open communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management
    • Support the performance management process, including assisting with goal-setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
    • Assist in tracking and monitoring employee performance metrics and provide support to managers in addressing performance-related issues.
    • Contribute to the implementation of employee recognition and rewards programs.
  • Training and Development
    • Collaborate with the training team to identify training needs and assist in coordinating training programs.
    • Support the execution of learning and development initiatives, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating program effectiveness.
    • Assist employees in accessing training resources and provide guidance on career development opportunities.
  • HR Administration and Documentation
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance-related documentation.
    • Assist in HR data management, including inputting and updating employee information in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
    • Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, or freshers with a strong passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus but not required.
