Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
Conduct employee induction and maintain recruitment MIS.
2. Payroll & Attendance Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.
Handle full & final settlements and exit documentation.
Coordinate with payroll consultants/vendors, if applicable.
3. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
Manage statutory registrations, challans, returns, inspections, and notices.
Maintain statutory registers and records under applicable labour laws.
Support internal and external audits and labour department inspections.
4. HR Operations & Employee Relations
Maintain employee master data, personal files, and HR documentation.
Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Address employee HR-related queries and basic grievance handling.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
5. HR MIS & Coordination
Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment, compliance).
Support HR policy implementation and process improvements.
Coordinate training programs and statutory compliance calendars.
