We are seeking a dynamic and proactive candidate with strong managerial and organizational skills to oversee various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, orientation, training, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will actively participate in preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, managing the hiring process, and supporting the onboarding experience. Additionally, the role involves handling essential administrative tasks and contributing to the development of a positive, productive, and engaging workplace environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare comprehensive job descriptions, advertise open positions, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees and arrange training sessions for existing staff.
Monitor employee performance and provide timely feedback to support continuous improvement.
Ensure employees are well-organized, engaged, and satisfied with their work environment.
Implement structured staff development and training procedures to enhance overall team capabilities.
Communicate effectively with employees regarding performance-related matters and organizational updates.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee information in compliance with company policies.
Gather and analyze market-related data to identify potential new markets, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth.
Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to support product profitability and business expansion.
Update and maintain complete employee details of all new joiners in the Master Database with accuracy and consistency.
