will support the organization's human resources strategies by assisting in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The role involves ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting initiatives that enhance workplace culture and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave data.
Manage employee benefits, ID cards, and HR-related correspondence.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Address employee queries and grievances in coordination with senior HR staff.
Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
4. Performance & Compliance
Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal records.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with company standards and labor laws.
Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment status, etc.) for management review.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
BBA / MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Experience:
0-3 years (Freshers with strong HR internship experience are encouraged).
Technical Skills:
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HRMS software (preferred).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of labor laws, recruitment, and HR best practices.
