Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions (welders, fitters, supervisors, engineers, admin staff, etc.).
Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate training programs, safety sessions, and skill development activities.
Assist in performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, and labor relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and HR policies.
Support management with HR reports, MIS, and audits.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure effective workforce planning
Requirements
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
Familiarity with payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws).
Experience in blue-collar and shop-floor workforce management.
Knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, SAP, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR reporting.
