Graduate in HR (MBA, HR Preferred). 2-4 Years of experience, preferable. Strong working knowledge of ESI, PF, Labor Laws and HR Compliance. Excellent Communication, documentation and employee interaction skills. Proficiency in MS Office & ability to prepare engaging presentations, reports and posters and social media savvy.
