Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding
End-to-end recruitment for shop floor and staff positions
Manpower planning and coordination with department heads
Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and induction process
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift data
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Coordinate with time office and production teams
Support performance appraisal and confirmation process
Payroll & Compliance
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance verification, and deductions
Knowledge of
PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity
and statutory registers
Coordination with consultants for compliance filings
Ensure adherence to
Factories Act & Labour Laws
Statutory & Legal
Handling Factory Act documentation
Maintain compliance records and audit support
Liaison with labor department if required
General Administration
HR MIS and monthly reporting
Support management in HR policy implementation
Day-to-day HR & admin coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA in HR (Preferred)
Minimum
2-5 years HR experience
(Manufacturing/Factory preferred)
Strong knowledge of
Factory Act & Labour Laws
Good communication & coordination skills
Hands-on experience with HR documentation
Preferred Candidate Profile
Male candidate (as per operational requirement)
Experience in factory or manufacturing setup
Immediate or short notice period preferred
