Handle end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions
Source candidates using
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed
, and other job portals
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Payroll & HR Operations
Assist in monthly
payroll processing
, attendance, and leave management
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Manage HR databases and employee master data
Labour Law & Compliance (Basic)
Basic knowledge of
PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave & Attendance
Support statutory compliance and coordination with consultants
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labour laws
Employee Engagement & Support
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
Support performance appraisal processes
Assist in employee engagement activities and training coordination
Skills & Competencies
Strong recruitment skills using
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed
Knowledge of payroll processes
Basic understanding of Indian labour laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word,
Ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Candidate Profile
MBA / PG Diploma in HR preferred
Experience in manufacturing or automobile industry is an advantage
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
