Key Responsibility



1)

Recruitment and Retention:

Attracting and retaining skilled workers in a competitive job market can be challenging. The HR Executive needs to develop effective recruitment strategies and retention programs tailored to the specific needs of the distillery industry.

Industry-Specific Knowledge:

Distilleries often operate under strict regulations related to alcohol production, storage, and distribution. An HR Executive might need to be well-versed in these regulations, including those concerning excise duty, licensing, and compliance

Employee Relations:

Managing a workforce that may include skilled operators, production staff, and management requires strong employee relations skills. The HR Executive needs to be adept at resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.

Education: MSW/BBA/MBA in HR
