Overseeing the entire HR Functions including managing employee life cycle, employee engagement & people management and handling human resource planning in consultation with heads of different functional & operational area.
Managing the complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from available sources as per the requirements. Ensure retaining of employees and minimum attrition of talents at all levels.
Managining employees service files and finalization. Ensure the joining formalities, issuing letter of intention/appointment, confirmation, increment & promotion etc.
Plan and execute induction/orientation for new employees. Identifying Training needs within the organization. Preparing the training calendar, organizing training programs and preparing record on the basis of Training Needs.
Handling performance management system and identify the scope of improvement of the same in coordination with all heads of different functional & operational area

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
