Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR databases (digital and physical).
Coordinate and support employee performance review processes.
Handle day-to-day employee queries and grievances professionally.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team.
Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and generate reports.
Participate in HR audits and help implement HR policies and procedures.
Support internal communication efforts related to HR.
