Manage and oversee end-to-end Payroll Processing.
Handle HRMS operations and employee data management.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements, including:
ESI Monthly Return Filing
PF Compliance
Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) Compliance
Professional Tax Compliance
Other applicable local statutory compliances
Process monthly Overtime and Incentives accurately as per company policy.
Lead recruitment activities for various roles in automobile dealerships, ensuring manpower requirements are met on time.
Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Liaise with government authorities and auditors for compliance matters.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in Automobile Industry / Dealerships).
Strong knowledge of Recruitment in Automobile Dealerships, Payroll, HRMS, Overtime & Incentive Processing, and Statutory Compliance.
MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
