The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.). This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Manage statutory compliance, including
ESI, PF, professional tax, and other labor law requirements
.
Prepare and submit monthly ESI and PF returns and ensure timely remittance.
Draft and issue HR-related letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience
in HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Sound knowledge of
ESI, PF, and labor law compliance
is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
