Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end

recruitment

, including sourcing, screening, and selection. Utilize various

job portals

(Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Shine) and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) for hiring. Review CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate

interviews

. Oversee employee

onboarding and orientation programs

. Identify

training

needs and implement training programs accordingly.

PMS (Performance Management System) and Succession Planning

of employees. Prepare and maintain multiple

MIS

reports related to

employee performance

. Drive

employee engagement

initiatives and performance management systems (PMS).

Setting KRA and KPI.

Handle

exit formalities

smoothly and professionally.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years

Qualification:

MBA preferred
