Job Description

An HR Executive Assistant in a diagnostic center provides crucial administrative support to the HR department, with preferable knowledge of the healthcare industry. This role involves handling a wide range of HR functions while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and patient information

Core responsibilities

1. Administrative and executive support



Provide documentation support:

Perform general administrative and documentational tasks for the HR department, including correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.

Support HR leadership:

Assist the HR Executive or Manager with complex administrative duties, special projects, and strategic initiatives as needed.

Coordinate with other departments:

Act as a liaison between the HR department and other clinical and administrative departments within the diagnostic center.

2. Onboarding



Coordinate new hire logistics:

Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions, which include training on standard operating procedures, medical compliance, and safety protocols.

Conduct background and reference checks:

Perform or coordinate background checks, verification of medical licenses, and reference checks for all new hires.

3. Employee records and HRIS management



Maintain employee data:

Keep all employee records up-to-date and accurate, both digitally in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and in physical files.

Manage confidential information:

Handle sensitive information such as employee salaries, disciplinary actions, health records, and performance evaluations with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Track credentials and licensing:

Ensure all diagnostic and medical staff maintain current licenses, certifications, and compliance training, and track renewal dates.

4. HR operations and payroll support



Assist with payroll:

Provide payroll information by collecting and auditing time and attendance records, and managing employee leave requests.

Address employee inquiries:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees' questions regarding policies, benefits, and administrative procedures.

5. Compliance and reporting



Ensure regulatory compliance:

Stay up-to-date with labor laws and healthcare-specific regulations to ensure the diagnostic center's policies are compliant.

Prepare HR reports:

Compile and prepare various reports on staffing, turnover, and performance metrics for HR management and executive review.

Assist with audits:

Support HR audits by organizing and presenting required employee files and records.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
