Experience with full cycle recruitment.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Conduct interviews session as required.
Addressing any employment relations issues.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Attendance Management and Payroll management.
Coordinate and manage employee development activities like arranging training / visit to exhibition etc;
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process;
Initiate employee engagement activities;
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes;
Oversee daily operations of the HR department;
Act as the point of contact statutory compliance.
