Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing Via Jobs Portal.
Schedule referral candidate interview.
Maintain employee records, Assist in audits, MIS reporting, and HR documentation.
Support performance management, training & development, and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a Construction or Real Estate Sector
