The HR Executive Assistant supports the Human Resources leadership team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating HR activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
Calendar Management:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments for the HR leadership team.
Organize agendas and prepare necessary documentation for meetings.
Document Management:
Maintain and update HR records, files, and databases.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between HR leaders and employees.
Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the HR team.
HR Coordination
Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and onboarding activities.
Manage job postings and maintain a database of candidates.
Employee Engagement:
Help organize employee engagement activities, workshops, and events.
Support surveys and feedback initiatives.
HR Process Assistance:
Assist in performance appraisal documentation and follow-ups.
Provide support for training and development programs.
Compliance and Confidentiality
Data Management:
Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
Support compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Record-Keeping:
Monitor and update employee records for accuracy and compliance.
