Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily attendance records for office and site staff
Track leaves, late arrivals, and absences; calculate salary deductions as required
Handle basic recruitment: posting jobs, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
Prepare and maintain employee files, joining documents, and ID records
Assist in monthly payroll preparation and coordination with accounts
Maintain simple performance tracking reports for site staff
Support management in enforcing company policies and discipline
Handle basic office admin tasks such as stationery, logistics, and coordination
Organising staff engaging activities/experiences
Requirements
Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in HR or administration (construction industry experience preferred)
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for attendance and leave tracking
Good communication and coordination skills
Reliable, organized, and proactive attitude
A creative mindset with attention to detail
Prior experience in real estate, construction, or luxury segment is a plus
Work Schedule
Full-time:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Part-time:
Flexible (3-4 days a week)
Note: Personal conveyance is a must
