?The HR Executive will manage the following key aspects of the Human Resources function:
?Compensation & Compliance:
?Processing monthly payroll.
?Managing PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) contributions, compliance, and documentation
?Employee Lifecycle Management:
?Handling Onboarding formalities (induction, documentation).
?Managing Offboarding processes, including full and final settlement (F&F).
?Time Management:
?Overseeing attendance management and leave records.
?Employee Relations & Development:
?Addressing and resolving employee grievances.
?Coordinating employee engagement activities.
?Assisting with training and development programs.
?Key Requirements
?Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF/ESIC) is essential.
?Strong knowledge of labor laws and proficiency in HR administration
