Job Title: Human Resource Executive / HR Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource professional to manage the full HR operations of our concrete manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial HR, employee relations, compliance, and recruitment in a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory, plant, office & field positions.
Coordinate interviews, background checks, and joining formalities.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and personal files.
Prepare and process payroll inputs, salary statements, and statutory deductions.
Manage HRMS and support MIS reporting.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee grievances professionally and maintain a positive work culture.
Conduct regular staff meetings, engagement activities, and training sessions.
Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.
4. Compliance & Statutory Management
Ensure compliance with labour laws--PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, maternity, factory act, etc.
Maintain statutory registers and coordinate audits.
Liaison with government authorities when required.
5. Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking.
Assist department heads in workforce planning and productivity improvement.
6. Safety & Welfare
Coordinate safety trainings, PPE distribution, and welfare initiatives.
Maintain compliance with factory safety norms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing/construction/concrete industry.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and documentation.
Ability to handle HR operations independently.
Work Schedule
6 days working (as per company policy).
Timings as per plant operations.
