We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to support and manage various HR functions at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and recruitment specific to the factory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves, benefits, attendance).
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
