1. Hiring & Selection:



a. Prepare and collect the JD of the new position from the concerned department.

b. Maintain good relation with local consultancies. Screening, interview arrangement with concerned department, selection of candidates within short period.

c. Joining formalities, appointment letter receiving.

2. Performance Management:



a.Monitoring performance of new joiners during their probation period. Evaluate and confirm their probation.

b. Issue PIP for low performance, arrange meeting to provide feedback.

3. Compliance:



a. Monthly registration of new joiners in PF & ESIC.

b. Handle Queries from employees related to PF, ESIC and others.

4. Induction & Orientation:

Formal introduction to organization policies, procedures for the new joiners.

5. Employee Engagement:

Arrange activities for employees like Birthdays, pre festival celebrations.

6. Database Management:

Regularly maintain the database with updated details of new joiners & other corrections suggested by the employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
