Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecycle--from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit formalities. You'll be the bridge between management and staff, ensuring a positive work culture, compliance with labor laws, and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles. Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Employee Records & HR Systems

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Employee Relations

Address employee queries and grievances professionally. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Payroll & Benefits

Managed payroll operations including PF/ESI compliance and tax deductions Collaborate with finance to process monthly payroll. Administer employee benefits and leave management.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies. Update and communicate HR policies as needed.

Qualifications: Graduation or M.B.A (Preferred)



Experience: 1-2 years in HR Operations



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
