We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage site-level HR operations, including attendance, payroll coordination, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily attendance and leave management.
Support recruitment and onboarding of staff/workers.
Maintain HR and statutory records (PF, ESI, CLRA, BOCW).
Coordinate with Head Office HR for payroll and compliance.
Assist in employee welfare and site administration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?13,038.97 - ?31,207.04 per month
