white-collar
(office, admin, accounts, and support staff) roles. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
-- from sourcing to onboarding for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Use job portals, social media, local references, and field visits to source suitable candidates.
Coordinate with department heads and admin teams to understand manpower requirements.
Schedule and conduct interviews; maintain candidate tracking reports.
Maintain employee databases, attendance, and documentation records.
Support HR operations including offer letters, joining formalities, and ID creation.
Manage local vendor and agency coordination for bulk hiring needs.
Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling when required.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
Prepare periodic hiring reports and update management on recruitment status.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in recruitment (blue + white collar).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of
Excel
and HR documentation.
Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.
Exposure to vendor coordination and field hiring preferred.
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration.
